Nicole is a creative director with more than 10 years of experience in the training and development field. Her career started at a local Illinois newspaper as a graphic designer. She quickly moved into a new role as advertising production supervisor where she managed a team of graphic and web designers. After six years, she transitioned into the training world working with clients in the medical device and healthcare space. As creative director, Nicole wears many hats including brand, project and client management, creative strategy, graphic design, overseeing the development of interactive eLearning modules, programming eNewsletters, designing training webpages, interactive games and the list goes on and on.
Nicole lives in Illinois with her wife, Ally, and three rescue dogs. She loves cooking and spending time with family and friends.
